She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Westmoreland County Bar Association.

Joel Rosenstern brings his expertise to help rehabilitate our rescued horses. He is dual-certified as a Natural Hoofcare Practitioner with the AANHCP and Liberated Horsemanship and has years of practical experience with all types of horses, from miniatures to drafts.
Downs Creative volunteers have dedicated countless hours of marketing, videography, photography, mailing, and computer services to SCEA. They donated the original design of this website and SCEA's Facebook page. Springhouse Tack Shop, a family owned and operated retail store serving english and western riders since 1966, is a long-time supporter of Second Chance Equine Association.
