Second Chance Equine Association has been blessed with a diverse group of leaders who serve on our Board of Directors. Their backgrounds vary and include business ownership, accounting, equine facility management, local government, property management, military service, and non-profit management. These individuals, along with our valued members, give their time and talents and are committed to our mission of rescue, rehabilitation, relocation and re-education of abused and neglected equine.
